Award winning pizza in a small Mom and Pop type place in a small town between two larger Ozark towns.
I wasn't impressed. For a place that won awards for their pizza I didn't see that quality. Had tables but there is no service. Get your drinks from a cooler, wait then get your pizza. Being from a big city and eating pizza in more than 100 different places there and elsewhere. This was just mediocre. I really expected to at least see a nice crust with a good blend of cheese and toppings but the toppings were applied not consistent. Will give it a try once more and see. Sometimes people have a bad day.
I drive 100 mile at least once a year for their pizza. Small local place. Great spot to ride motorcycles.
Try the stromboli!!! It is the best I've had. It feeds 3 people easily. It is as long as a loaf of French bread. The meatball sandwich is just as wonderful!
Pizza is ok but the service is well..... Mall pizza without the mall, that's the best I can do to accurately explain it. After you order from a walk up counter, Your drinks are in a cash vending machine and pizza is served on foam plates. Tacky at best, about 90 award plaques hanging on the wall either out of date or out of touch with reality....
Will ride on by next trip....
