These apt's are nice but the policies are absolutely rediculous! For Example: If you get a clogged drain or toilet, they are going to charge you to unclog it. There is a lot more so make sure you read the agreement very carefully. Also they don't like to give back deposits so be for warned, you will probably lose that money unless you are ready to go to small claims court.
