Clean room, excellent customer service, could use new mattresses is our only complaint. The management went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and shared with us about the area.

This is the best and the absolute worst motel in Gassville Arkansas because it's the only motel here in Gassville Arkansas. Travel just about 10 to 15 miles west to Mountain Home Arkansas because better quality and selection of motels, restaurants and shopping areas.
No continental breakfast in winter. Only allowed one towel per person. No extra washcloths or hand towels.
Very nice, friendly check-in. This is a nice budget motel. Clean room. It is right on a busy road and there's road noise, but again it's a budget motel. It's a perfectly fine comfortable room for a good price.
