Purchased 2018 Riverstone legacy 38MB with Every option you can get, worked my trade over the phone and what I was told on the phone was Excatly the same when I came a week later to pick up the new RV. Me and my wife stayed the night to get familiar with everything on the new one and the few small things that needed adjustments were fixed the following morning, overall very sastfied with our experience and purchase of our new RV. And also wanted to mention that I priced the same build with several of the " Best Price Guaranteed" dealers on the internet and Dave beat them ALL!!

Updated Review: About 5 days into driving my RV, the deadbolt would not retract on the door, and I could not get it opened! I was about 700 miles away from the dealer, so it was hard to find someone who could help me. I tried some local dealers and they wouldn't even see me for 2-3 months! Seriously? The folks at Great Escapes RV Center took to the phone for over half the day to find anyone who could help me (after my many failed attempts at getting help). Finally, they found someone who could help me the next day and I was on my way in 20 minutes! The customer service here is unsurpassed! I highly recommend these guys. They will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. I would not hesitate to buy here again, or refer friends and family. THANK YOU!!
