Worse service out of any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. Every time I go I’m asked to pull forward and wait at least 10 minutes… This is not an exaggeration. There are new owners and they do not care about service only money. Literally waited 12 minutes for a black coffee while watching others get stuff ahead of me. Went inside and all managers were standing around doing nothing. They did not even apologize for my weight or offer anything . I wouldn’t recommend this place to a poor man even if it was free! Don’t waste your money.
I understand that they get busy. However, that is no excuse for the poor service! I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. Side Order 76 on 11/22/2017 07:28 PM. I ordered 1 McRib meal with a latte and 1 happy meal. I was told they were cooking more fries and making my latte, which was perfectly fine. The associate came out with the meal, no happy meal or latte. I told her so she came back with happy meal, but still NO latte. Eventually, I got all 3 only to get home and see the kids fries had literally 4 fries. The large fries for the combo was less than half full, and the latte was wrong!! I won’t be returning. There are more options in Mountain Home or Flippin. It isn’t worth the hassle.

Was terrific she delivered our food to table very nice. She was training someone was so sweet about teaching him. I will go back even if out of the way because of her attitude with the trainee.
Worst McDonalds ever! I think they're high most the time. One time I ordered a cheeseburger, and SOMEHOW the patty was swapped for a McChicken. How do you mess that up? Completely different ingredients. My wife spent 5 minutes waiting at the drive through to order her food and then she waited another 5 minutes at the window staring at her food while no one was there to help her. Avoid at all costs, there's a perfectly good Sonic across the street.
